LaunchPad is Fluxion’s initiative to identify, resource, and accelerate early-stage industrial ventures emerging from India’s engineering and research institutions.

India produces some of the world’s most capable engineering talent. What it has lacked is the institutional infrastructure to translate that capability into industrial-scale ventures. LaunchPad provides technical mentorship, operational scaffolding, and access to Fluxion’s network of industry relationships — for founders who are building in sectors most investors do not understand and cannot support.
We are not building a startup accelerator. We are building the operating layer that turns research and engineering insight into companies that last.
