About The Program

The Fluxion Research Residency is a structured engagement for researchers, engineers, and domain specialists who want to work on industrial problems that matter — with access to real operational data, real industry relationships, and a firm that will actually use what gets produced.

The residency is not a fellowship in the traditional academic sense. Residents are not here to write papers and move on. They are embedded inside Fluxion’s research and operations ecosystem — working alongside our investment and operating teams, engaging directly with the businesses and assets in our portfolio, and developing research that has a genuine path to deployment. The best work that comes out of the residency becomes the foundation of new operational systems, new investment theses, and new publications in the Research Index.

We are looking for people who find the boundary between research and operation more interesting than either side of it alone. If that is you, this program was designed for you.
